School of Rock

The thing I really love about School of Rock is the combination of private lessons with weekly practice in a band with other students. The school is mostly kids, but they do offer lessons and a performing group for adults. I've taken lessons for literally decades, but it's so much more fun to learn how to play in a group. The instructors are knowledgeable and make it fun. I'm looking forward to the end of season performance.

This is an incredible program, my daughter has had the best experiences here and being in the bands has given her so much confidence. When one ends she cannot wait for the next one.

My daughters have done the School of Rock summer camps for years. It's always the highlight of their summer. The instructors are positive, excellent musicians, and love working with the kids. Highly recommend!

My 6-year-old daughter is very into rock bands - specifically, all-female rock bands. She really wanted to learn how to play electric guitar and the Rookies program at School of Rock has been a great fit for her. Most importantly, the first day we arrived, she immediately met a role model: a Rookies teacher who is a female rock guitarist. Now her dream feels like it can become a reality!

So I've been a student at this school of rock for almost 5 years, and in those 5 years I've gone from barely being able to play chords, to playing some complex solos. What I really like about all of the school of rocks out there is that there is something for everyone. For example, the performance program at any school of rock has something interesting no matter what instrument you play, cause there are a bunch of topics you can choose from, and you, along with a bunch of others did get to play at a certain venue every 4 months or so until the pandemic happened, hopefully when you're reading this everything is back to normal now. However, what I really like most about this School of Rock specifically is the staff. They are all committed to making sure you get better, and they also make it fun to learn and practice. If you are wanting to play/get better at an instrument, this place is the place to go, they made me better and they will make you better too.
